Recovery Support Consultation
An assessment of your injury history, health background, and recovery goals conducted via telehealth. If deemed medically appropriate, your clinician may recommend a personalised management plan.
Personalised health consultations
Dealing with an injury or slow recovery is exhausting, both physically and mentally. It affects your work, your training, and your mood. If you feel like your body is not bouncing back the way it should, our clinicians can help. We assess your situation via telehealth, and if deemed medically appropriate, create a personalised management plan to support your recovery. Telehealth is not suitable for all injuries or recovery concerns. Your practitioner may recommend in-person assessment, urgent care, GP review, physiotherapy, surgical review, imaging, pathology, specialist referral, or no treatment depending on your individual circumstances.
Performance
Clinical support when you need it
If injury or slow recovery is affecting your quality of life, a clinical assessment via telehealth can help clarify what is going on. Your clinician may recommend a management plan, lifestyle guidance, or referral to another practitioner, depending on your needs.
What you can expect
Outcomes vary by individual, baseline health, and adherence. These are potential areas your clinician may focus on during your consultation.
As with any clinical consultation, individual responses vary. Your clinician will discuss any potential risks or limitations relevant to your situation.
Inside the program
Your personalised plan is decided during your consultation. These are common components for recovery support programs. Your clinician will tailor what is right for you, if deemed medically appropriate.

With your consent, your clinician may communicate with your physiotherapist, surgeon, or GP to support coordinated care. Not all consultations result in a prescription.
Is it for you
Frequently asked
No. Our clinicians work alongside your existing care team, not in place of them. If you are seeing a physio, surgeon, or GP, we are happy to coordinate with them to make sure your care is aligned.
Recovery timeframes vary significantly from person to person and depend on the nature of your situation. Your clinician will give you honest, realistic guidance based on your individual assessment rather than making promises.
That is completely fine. Your initial consultation is an opportunity to discuss your situation with a qualified clinician and understand your options. There is no obligation, and not every consultation results in a prescription.
