Common questions about the process

Do I need a referral from my GP?

A GP referral is not a prerequisite for booking. If you would like continuity with your existing GP, we are happy to coordinate with them.

What happens if treatment is recommended?

If your clinician deems treatment medically appropriate, any prescribed medication is dispensed by an Australian pharmacy authorised under relevant state and territory pharmacy and medicines laws, and made available through your chosen pharmacy. Not every consultation results in a prescription. Your clinician may recommend lifestyle changes, monitoring, or a referral instead.

How is my privacy protected?

All consultations, messages, and records are stored in encrypted, Australian-hosted systems. We never sell or share your data with advertisers.

What if my plan isn't working for me?

Let your care team know. We'll review things together and adjust, change direction, or step down your plan. You're never locked in.

Can I pause or cancel?

Yes. Everything is month-to-month. Pause, change, or cancel any time from your patient dashboard. No contracts, no penalty fees.

Is this covered by Medicare or private health?

Some consultations may attract a Medicare rebate where applicable. Prescribed medications are private prescriptions and are not covered by PBS, but we keep pricing flat and transparent.
